Coaches/Games Committee Meeting

A mandatory pre-tournament meeting of head coaches, sports information directors and a
designated administrator from each competing team shall be held by the NCAA Division
II women’s basketball committee representative to review tournament operations and
other pertinent matters. Other representatives from each competing team may attend. 
This will take place on Thursday, March 13, following the tournament banquet in the
Torresdale-Frankford Country Club meeting room.
                                               
The NCAA representative shall appoint a games committee to supervise the conduct of
the tournament.  The NCAA Representative will serve as chair of the committee which
shall include the director of athletics of the host institution (or a designated representative
other than a member of the basketball coaching staff) and a designated individual from
each of the other participating institutions.
