Sophomore Laechia Conley scored a career-high 25 points to lead American International College to a 71-59 win over Bentley College in the first round of the NCAA Division II Women’s Basketball Tournament East Regional.

Senior Bethany Tigue made a three-pointer with a little more than a minute remaining to lift Stonehill College to a 62-58 win over St. Rose College in the first round of the NCAA Division II Women’s Basketball Tournament East Regional.

PHILADELPHIA, Pa. – The second seeded Holy Family University women’s basketball team used its ten day lay-off to its advantage as it defeated seventh seeded Queens (N.Y.) College, 74-43, in the opening round of the NCAA Division II East Region Tournament on Friday evening at the Campus Center.

PHILADELPHIA, Pa. - For the second year in the row, Holy Family University will be the host institution for the NCAA Division II Women's Basketball East Region Tournament. The Tigers earned the second seed for the tournament when the selections were released by the NCAA on Sunday night.
