Holy Family University Track Completes Its Season at Swarthmore Last Chance Meet (5/11/2009) SWARTHMORE, Pa. – The Holy Family University men’s and women’s track teams wrapped up their seasons at the Swarthmore Last Chance Meet on Monday night at Swarthmore College. Latifah Porter (fr. Philadelphia, Pa./Philadelphia High School for Girls) led the women’s effort with a 10th place in the 400-meter dash with a time of 59.69. She added a 12th place in the 200-meter dash with a 26.53. June Cain (so. Philadelphia, Pa./Martin L. King) recorded a 13th place in the 400-meter by completing the event in 1:01.41. Porter ran the 200-meter dash in 28.25 to end up in 19th. Tyree Morgan (fr. Philadelphia, Pa./North East) represented the men’s team by finishing 28th in the 200-meter dash with a time of 24.53. |
