NEW HAVEN, Conn. – Holy Family’s Jim Latronica (So./Bensalem, PA/Conwell Egan), Steve Kientzy (So./Philadelphia, PA/Archbishop Ryan) and Ed Szambelak (So./Philadelphia, PA/Northeast Catholic) were all named second-team All-Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference Wednesday morning by the conference office.

Latronica finished as the team’s leading scorer with 26 points (10g, 6a). He is a repeat selection to the All-Conference squad. He had three goals in a win over Columbia Union on October 6. He was also named as the CACC Player of the Week on October 11.

Kientzy makes his first appearance on the squad after transferring from Widener University. Kientzy finished with 21 points this season (9g, 3a) which made him the second leading scorer on the squad. He had four goals in a win over Bloomfield back on October 1. He was named as Player of the Week in the CACC on October 3.

Finally, Szambelak was the third leading scorer on the squad with ten points (3g, 4a). He had two goals in a win over Goldey-Beacom on October 13.
