Mike McLaughlin will be entering his 12th season as head coach of the Holy
Family University women's basketball program. McLaughlin's career record
at Holy Family stands at 349-54 for a winning percentage of 86%. This
record includes 11 consecutive appearances in national tournaments including
last year's selection to the NCAA regional tournament. He has also been
selected as Coach of the Year ten times by his peers.
McLaughlin was a two-year assistant on the women's staff at Holy Family
before taking over the reigns of the program in 1994. A graduate of Holy
Family, he received his bachelor's degree in criminal justice and continues
to have strong ties with the University and the welfare of its students.
During his stellar playing career at Holy Family University, he ranked among
4th all time in scoring with 1,710 points and second in assists with 755.
McLaughlin also spent three seasons with the Washington Generals / Harlem
Globetrotters where he served as team captain as he played in over 50 countries
throughout the world.

Mike
Moran

Coach Moran is entering his 12th season as an assistant coach on the Holy Family coaching staff. In his ten seasons, Moran has worked side by side with Head Coach Mike McLaughlin's helping to compile a career record of 320 wins to only 51 losses. Mike is the recruiting coordinator for the Lady Tigers and is responsible for putting together a recruiting plan on a yearly basis including scheduling and planning of all events for the Tigers coaching staff. Coach Moran in also responsible for advance scouting of all of the Tigers opponents, which includes film breakdown and scouting report preparation.
Bernadette
Laukaitis
Holy Family '00 (8th season)
Bernadette is an alumna of Holy Family, graduating in 2000 with a degree in Education. As a player, Bernadette was a member of three CACC conference champions and four National tournament teams compiling a record of 122 wins to 20 losses in her four-year career. As a point guard, Bern averaged five assists and three steals per game during her career spanning 1996 - 2000. This will be Bernadette's sixth season on the bench of the Lady Tigers assisting Coach Mike McLaughlin. Bern is responsible for on court work with the guards and all off-season conditioning programs.
Kim
Killion
Kim Killion is in her first season as an assistant coach for the Tigers.
Her duties include on-court guard work, practice planning, advanced scouting
and film breakdown. She started her playing career at Rowan (N.J.) University
in the 2003-2004 season. The Profs went 21-5. She came to Holy Family the
following season. Killion has been a part of two CACC championships and
three NCAA Tournament appearances. The Tigers record in those three years
was 83-12.
