PHILADELPHIA, Pa. -- The tandem of Shakir Willett (sr. Bellport, N.Y./Bellport) and Quena Borres (sr. Little Neck, N.Y./Mamaroneck) won the 2008 Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) doubles championship on Saturday at Chestnut Hill College. Willett also was the runner-up in the CACC singles championship.
