
McLaughlin Earns Win Number 250 on Road

Led by strong post play from Junior Center Nina Smith (Waterloo, IA) who had 24 points and 8 rebounds and Sophomore Jen Andrews (Frederick, MD) who added 13 points and 8 rebounds, Holy Family earned a hard fought road win 76-54 at Bloomfield College in Bloomfield, NJ. The win propelled the Lady Tigers to 12-1 overall and 8-0 in Central Athletic Collegiate Conference play. The Lady Deacons Bloomfield were led by Sophomore Domenica Raymond who had 16 points and Senior Crystal Yuille who had 15.
Coach Mike McLaughlin in his 9th season at the helm of the Lady Tigers earned his 250th career victory to only 39 losses. McLaughlin added these comments after the victory, "Winning this amount of games is a tribute to everyone who has put on a uniform in the past 9 seasons, I am very fortunate to be able to coach and have coached players who compete so hard on the floor and in the class room day after day."
