Holy Family ’89 (10th season)
Mike McLaughlin will be entering his 10th season as head coach of
the Holy Family University women’s basketball program. McLaughlin’s
career record at Holy Family stands at 266-42. This record includes
nine appearances in national tournaments including last year’s selection
to the NCAA regional tournament. He has also been selected as Coach
of the Year eight times by his peers.
McLaughlin was a two year assistant on the women’s staff at Holy
Family before taking over the reigns of the program in 1994. A graduate
of Holy Family, he received his bachelor’s degree in criminal justice
and continues to have strong ties with the University and the welfare
of its students. During his stellar playing career, he ranked among
4th all time in scoring with 1,710 points and second in assists
with 755.
McLaughlin lives with his wife Ginny and three children - Courtney,
Michael and Kelsey

Mike Moran is entering his 10th season as an assistant on the women’s
program and is in responsible for recruiting, public relations,
scouting and film analysis.
Bernadette
Laukatitis, Holy Family ‘00 (5th season)
Bernadette Laukaitis is entering her 5th season as an assistant
with the women’s program and assists with guard instruction, pre-game
preparation, and classroom monitoring. She is also the fundraising
coordinator for the women’s team.
Karyn
Connors, Holy Family, ’03 (2nd season)
Karyn Connors is entering her 2nd season as an assistant with the
women’s program and is responsible for guard on court instruction
and practice planning. She is also responsible for the film exchange.
