Job Description: Holy Family University has an opening for an experienced admissions counselor to recruit adult students for the undergrad & graduate accelerated degree programs. This individual will take the lead in developing the annual recruiting plan and will serve as liaison to the Marketing Dept for lead generation. Bachelor’s degree reqd., experience recruiting adult students for undergrad/grad degree programs, strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills and familiarity with MS Office Suite preferred. Experience working in an accelerated program for adult students preferred. In lieu of specific experience, background in sales, marketing, or other customer related field will be considered. Driver's license and access to transportation also reqd, as is flexible schedule. The job requires frequent travel to other Holy Family locations and corporate sites, and the individual will be required to work some evenings and/or weekends.
