Job Description: Holy Family University has an immediate opening for a part-time employee (22 hrs/wk, September - March) to provide leadership and direction for our collegiate cheer and dance program, to include developing individual and group skills and ensuring that the teams have sufficient routines throughout the season. The coach will coordinate national competition routines and will coordinate/attend all performances, practices, games and functions. Reqs include 2 yrs of competitive coaching and cheer experience, knowledge and experience in current style of cheerleading and skills, choreography and competition, program planning and implementation, budget management, and conflict resolution. Bachelor's degree or equivalent required, as is ACCAA certification. Flexible schedule mandatory, as morning, night hours and weekend work may be required.
