Ask a Librarian
Online chat reference is available 24 hours a day through the Ask-here-PA
collaborative. Holy Family University students, faculty and staff can talk
to a librarian online by clicking
here.
(A new panel will open on the right of the page. Enter your contact information and query and click "connect").
Where available, you'll be connected to a Holy Family University librarian. At other times, you'll be connected to a qualified librarian in the State of Pennsylvania or elsewhere in the United States.
NOTE: librarians from other institutions can help with research strategies and locating documents in Holy Family databases, but do not have access to student or staff personal information and cannot renew library materials, edit account information, or recover passwords.
If you don't want to use online chat reference, or your question is not urgent,
you can submit a question directly to the library staff via email. We will respond to your
question within two business days. We are happy to assist with questions
about our holdings and services, advice for starting your research, and
help with our databases. Some questions are too complex to be answered
by email, so we'll let you know if you need to come into the library.
If you need immediate assistance, please call the Northeast campus library
at 215-637-7700 X3316, or the Newtown Learning Resources Center (LRC)
at 215-504-2000, x4010.
If you have a question about Blackboard or your email account, please
contact the Computer Technology Services Help Desk at helpdesk@holyfamily.edu
or 215-637-7700 x 3491.
Our Research
Databases, Library
Catalog, Web
Resources, and Frequently
Asked Questions may also help answer your question.
