University Hosts Business Symposium
The Holy Family University School of Business Administration will hold a symposium on April 8 on the challenges and rewards of enterprise in Asian business markets.
“Global Business: Pacific Rim Markets Opportunities” starts at 9 a.m. and will feature a presentation from Eduardo Ramos-Gomez, a partner with Duane Morris & Selvam, LLP, based in Singapore, and also a presentation from Jim McCloskey, who teaches international business and organizational behavior for the Holy Family School of Business Administration. McCloskey is actively involved in the international business community.
The event also includes a best practices panel discussion with corporate representatives operating in Southeast Asia, such as Crown Corporation. Representatives from the Pennsylvania Department of Commerce and U.S. Department of Commerce will also participate in that best practices panel discussion.
The symposium takes place in the auditorium of the Education Technology Center at Holy Family University, 9801 Frankford Avenue in Northeast Philadelphia.
