Student Services has developed this weekly newsletter to provide our current student body with upcoming events and activities sponsored by various departments of Student Services.

ACADEMIC AFFAIRS

ATTENTION GRADUATING SENIORS AND ASSOCIATE DEGREE SEEKERS
Seniors and associate degree seekers planning on finishing their coursework this year must schedule an exit interview and file the Petition for Degree form in order to graduate.

If your final semester is:
Any SUMMER 2008 session
Exit interview must be completed by April 30

FALL 2008
Exit interview must be completed by April 30

SPRING 2009
Exit interview must be completed by October 31

To Schedule an Exit Interview:
Sign up in the Academic Advising Center, Room 213 – Holy Family Hall
or call 267-341-3221

It is important to schedule your Academic Exit Interview as early as possible using the dates above so that academic discrepancies which may arise can be cleared. Delaying your Exit Interview may lead to a delay in your intended graduation.

NO DIPLOMA CAN BE ISSUED UNTIL ALL COURSEWORK IS COMPLETED, COMPREHENSIVE EXAMINATION(S) ARE PASSED (this examination is not part of the requirements for the Associate Degree), and A FORMAL EXIT INTERVIEW COMPLETED WITH DEGREE PETITION SIGNED.
